Data administrator

The data administrator is the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) with the seat in Warsaw (00-834), ul. Pańska 81/83. Contact to the Administrator: e-mail address biuro@parp.gov.pl or by post to the above-mentioned address.

Data protection officer

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Mr Miłosław Madziar, the Deputy Data Protection Officer is Mr Jacek Przygoda. You can contact the DPO and the Deputy DPO in all matters regarding the processing of personal data via the e-mail address: iod@parp.gov.pl or via the address of the Administrator's seat.

Purpose, legal bases and processing time

The data will be processed for the purpose of the user's participation in the event, as part of the tasks carried out by PARP in the public interest.

The data will be stored for the period of 5 years from the date of adoption by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Committee of Financial Mechanism of the final Strategic Report on the Bilateral Cooperation Fund financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, from which this event is financed.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of data recipients: public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes resulting from legal provisions, entities providing services necessary for the performance of PARP's tasks, including IT

partners, entities providing technical or organizational support.

Rights of data subjects

At each stage of data processing by PARP, you have the right to:

1) access your data, including obtaining information about the scope of data processed by us and obtaining a copy of this data,

2) modification and correction of your data, including, if they are no other legal contraindications to limit their processing,

3) complete deletion of your data ("the right to be forgotten") if there are no other legal contraindications,

4) not being subject to automatic decisions based on profiling;

5) object to improper processing of personal data (including withdrawal of consent);

6) transfer of data to another data administrator, if the data is processed in connection with the consent granted or the concluded contract,

7) lodge a complaint to the President of the Data Protection Office about improper data processing.
